Product Description
HB-0.1 Single-Column Welding Positioner
As per customers' different demands, we can design and manufacture special Welding Positioners; for examples, horizontal revolving platform, L-type positioner, double-column heavy positioned and etc.
Main feactures:
1. The positioner which has simple structure and high stability is mainly used with SAW machines.
2. Table rotating adopts imported transducer to raealized stepless regulation, wide speed range and stable operation.
3. Table tilting is drove by AC motor with helical-worm reducer and self lock function, realized stable tilting.
4. Stepless speed regulation of imported transducer is adopted for work table rotation, which has a wide speed adjustment range and high wprking stability.
5. Tilting of wprk table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed reversal within 120° with large turning torque, self-locking ang reliable positioning.
