In order to improve the Drilling Machinery quality and technical level, improve the technical ability of various technical personnel, the center held the First Knowledge Contest which is facing to the subordinate entity factories and factories. In the contest, the Machinery Manufacturing Project is the special contest, which is held by Shitan Factory. In response to the center, the branch of Shitan Factory Trade Union, the leader group of Quality Year and the Security Office joint up and planed the game, the special match was held successfully from December 30th to December 31th. There were 26 teams, more than 110 persons from each factory subordinate workshops and departments and various organs functions joint the match. The match had three events: Workshop Professional Knowledge, Workshop Safety Knowledge and Organ Professional Knowledge Questions. The tests are Professional Knowledge Questions, Public Questions, Workshop Safety Knowledge Questions. The members selected and answered the questions, took turns to answer the questions, ask helped to answer the questions and blurted out answer the questions accordingly the rules of the game to accumulated scores for the team. The member must blurted out answer the questions, if answer was wrong, it was answered by audience, which greatly increase the interest of the match. Through this match, not only the knowledge was been arranged again, corrected the mistakes and shorted the gap, also set off the atmosphere `Lifelong learning and never tired of it `in the whole factory, which showing the good spirit of workers of Shitan Factory.
