Charictics
The machine is fully hydraulic and automatic operation expect taking product. And coordinate humanized parameter computer operation interface with database to provide quick and exact terms of production, the modern top injection-molding machine can produce EVA mid soles (wedge), slippers, sport protectors and various kinds of shoe accessories. It`s allowing to match the other kind of mould and material to produce the other products.
Optional servo system
The total electricity power is 150 Kw, when the machine reach the stable statue, it will reach 70 Kw, if you choose the Servo system, it can reach the 50 Kw.
Advantage:
1. Low operation height: Operation height in accord with human engineering;
2. Extra Height opening stroke: act by fixed opening stroke: 350mm, which is not affected by any mould thickness changes and available for 2 plates mould;
3. Mould thickness adjusting mechanism: mould adjusting scope: 100-200mm;
4. Rapid mould opening: act by toggle mechanism which opens the mould rapidly;
5. Speedy injector movenment: driven by linear-track, allowing speedy moving and precise positioning;
6. Energy saving design: no need water circulation for mould station, using efficient heat insulator materil.
7. Space saving design: put oil tank together with injection base, which makes the structure compact and saves more space.
