1 .Scope of application
This welding robot is mainly concentrating on the welding of spiral plate heat exchanger with diameter below 2500mm. It applies the advanced technology of vision tracking and three-axis linkage numerical control system with high precision to complete the stable tracking of the spiral plate`s weld seam. It uses the CO 2 shield semi auto welder to process the continuous welding with infinite rotary. It has the advantage of simple and convenient operation, high welding efficiency, high welding quality, high economic benefits and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and skill requirements.

• It applies the world's advanced technology of laser vision tracking to complete the stable and accurate tracking of the irregular weld seam.
• It uses the three-axis linkage numerical control system with high precision to guarantee the stable equipment operation and welding quality.
• It is configured with CO 2 shield semi auto welder to complete the continuous welding, improve the quality of welding, reduce the consumption of the welding material and energy source.
