This welding robot is mainly concentrating on welding spiral plate heat exchanger with diameter below 3000mm. It can weld spiral seam of [turnup type" and [clamping steel bar type" exchanger with high welding quality and good appearance.

·It applies the world's advanced technology of vision tracking and the multi-axis linkage numerical control system to complete the stable and accurate tracking of the irregular weld seam.
·Complete automatic control makes the production process of spiral exchanger automatic.
·User can choose the [double-head" mode, in which there are two welding guns welding simultaneously to promote the welding efficiency.
·This robot has the infinite rotary structure, reducing the welded joints and the points where defects are generated, making the weld seam more complete and beautiful.
·The operation interface is easy to understand. Persons without welding foundation can control the robot quickly.
